CANCELLATIONSAll orders are automatically processed by our secure merchant processor and sent to our warehouse for shipping. Or, the order is sent to the manufacturer for processing on some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us at 1-877-307-6115 or email us at Cancellations within one hour of placing your order to cancel it free of charges. After that hour, we will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. In these cases, please see our returns policy. The cancellation will then be treated as a return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees including restocking fees and return shipping.
