If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us at 1-800-573-5824 or email us at Cancellations within one hour of placing your order to cancel it free of charges. After that hour, we will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. In these cases, please see our returns policy.
For special orders (i.e. some bedding items and bedding accessories as marked), any cancellations once the bedding has been ordered from the manufacturer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Please see the Special Order Products Policy above.
