Nothing is more annoying than getting something that was damaged during shipping or is defective. At USA Wallpaper, we strive to inspect all of our packages prior to them leaving our warehouse. If an order arrives damaged or is defective, please call our customer service department at 1-877-307-6115 and we will arrange for a pick up and send out a replacement immediately.
