We must enforce this policy because we do not stock these items and they are ordered on a per customer basis. All returns and cancellations are subject to a 30% special order restocking fee. To avoid any restocking fee, an order must be cancelled prior to the order being placed with the manufacturer. USA Wallpaper will not be in any way responsible, or held accountable, for customs charges, tarriffs or taxes imposed by any country on incoming or outgoing packages. These funds are the sole responsibility of the customer.
USA Wallpaper does not offer a mail order catalog. There are simply too many wallpapers and borders available, with new patterns coming out daily. In order to keep our prices low to you, we have opted not to print a catalog. However, our online catalog has tens of thousands of patterns and is available to you 24 hours a day.
If you are looking for a pattern that you can't find on our website, please contact our research department at RESEARCH and we will be happy to help you find what you are looking for.
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it for any reason, please contact us at 1-800-573-5824 or email us at CANCELLATIONS within one hour of placing your order to cancel it free of charges. After that hour, we will do all that we can to stop the items from being shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. In these cases, please see our returns policy. For special orders (i.e. some bedding items and bedding accessories as marked), any cancellations once the bedding has been ordered from the manufacturer will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Sometimes you receive a product that you decide not to keep. That is why we make it easy for you to return your items. All that you have to do is call our customer service department within 30 days of shipment of your package. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which allows us to keep track of the return. Or you may email us at RETURNS.
Please understand that we can only accept items for return that are in their original resaleable packaging and that have received an RMA. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to you. A 30% restocking fee will be charged to all returned products, unless they are defective or we have accidently shipped your order incorrectly. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Nothing is more annoying than getting something that was damaged during shipping or is defective. At USA Wallpaper, we strive to inspect all of our packages prior to them leaving our warehouse. If an order arrives damaged or is defective, please call our customer service department at 1-800-573-5824 and we will arrange for a pick up and send out a replacement immediately. Please give us some time to process your return. It takes about 10 business days for us to receive the returned package back from you. We will strive to then credit your account promptly. All refunds can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase (or a check if the original purchase was by check). Please allow one to two billing cycles for a charge return to show up on your monthly statement. After waiting the allotted time for a credit to appear on your charge statement, if you still have questions or concerns regarding a credit, please email us at CREDITS.
Wallpaper is priced per single roll, but packaged and sold in double roll bolts only. This is a wallpaper industry standard set by the manufacturers. Please order the number of single rolls that you will need, but you must order in multiples of two (even numbers) only. If you order your wallpaper in an odd number, your order will automatically be incremented to the next minimum quantity available for order, and the total price of your order will be adjusted. Borders are sold in 15 foot spools and you can order any number of spools of borders.
Due to potential color differences among computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen is an exact color reproduction of the finished product. Color may also vary between product lot numbers. Customers can order actual samples from our site, or visit the store to view a sample of the product.
