| Petticoat style window valances are to be hung on a 2 1/2" flat continental rod. The valances can be hung flat or gathered, depending on your preference. The valances are made with a face fabric and a companion fabric bottom edging with decorative buttons. Window valances are available in two widths. More than one valance may be put on a single rod to accommodate larger windows. |
