If any of our products don't meet or exceed your expectations, we will do everything we can to make it right. USA Wallpaper guarantees that you will receive only first quality products and they will arrive free of manufacturer defects or quality issues. If any of the merchandise you receive is damaged or defective, we will arrange for it to be replaced immediately. If we can't make it better, we will refund 100% of the price of the damaged or defective goods. You have trusted us enough to buy the product. It is the least that we can do.
All we ask is that the product be returned within 30 days of receipt, in unopened original packaging. We will need you to include the packing slip that came with your order to insure that you receive proper credit. Please see our returns policy below for any exclusions.
RETURNS ARE EASY!
Need to return an item? Our customer service agents will guide you through the return process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to insure you receive your proper credit. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-573-5824 to get your RMA, as we can't accept returns without prior authorization. This is for your protection as well as ours, as it lets us know to expect your return.
OUR RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is the best in the industry. We stand behind our products, period. In the unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged goods, we will replace them for you immediately. If you find that you have changed your mind on your purchase, have overages, or would just like to return your purchase for any other reason, we will be happy to assist you. The return must be within 30 days of receipt and will be subject to a 30% manufacturer's restock fee and shipping charges. You may return most items sold by USA Wallpaper within 30 days of shipment.
However, we cannot accept returns of certain items for the reasons stated below, including:
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.
*Fabrics, since they are cut to your specifications from the bolt at the time that you place your order.
*Any item that is not in its original re-sellable condition and packaging.
*Wallpaper murals.
*Gift Certificates.
*Clearance items.
Excess Wallpaper
If you find that you have purchased more wallpaper or border than you need, you may return it within 30 days of shipment. There will be a 30% restocking fee on all overage returns. Wallpaper and border must be in its original packaging and unopened to be returned. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
Defective Wallpaper
USA Wallpaper stands behind all of the products that we sell. If you receive wallpaper or border that is damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the wallpaper at no charge.
Just call our toll free number, 1-800-573-5824, and one of our customer service agents will be happy to assist you with a replacement order. NOTE: We must have the damaged or defective product back in order to give you the proper credit. Our customer service agents will arrange for the defective goods to be picked up at no charge to you.
Back Orders
USA Wallpaper stocks thousands of patterns at our warehouse facility. If you chose a pattern that we do not stock, your order will be shipped directly from the wallpaper manufacturer to you. Please wait until you receive your entire order before scheduling a wallpaper installer.
Although it is rare, sometimes a wallpaper manufacturer will have a pattern on back order or decide to discontinue an item. Please understand that when this does occur, it is out of our control, but we do our best to notify you of any delays or discontinued items just as soon as we get the information from the manufacturer.
Packing and Sending Your Returns
1. Please call our toll free number, or email us to obtain a Return Authorization number and a call tag to pick up the merchandise. Our customer service agents will be happy to assist you with this process.
2. Pack the items in their original condition, along with the packing slip, securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in, or another box, if you prefer.
3. Write the Return Authorization number that you were issued on the outside of the box.
4. UPS will then come to your house to pick up the return, or you will be mailed a return shipping label to adhere to the box and given return instructions. The form of return will depend on how you specified to have the package shipped to you. Our customer service agents will give you complete return instructions when you call or email to return your package.
REFUNDS
You will be issued a refund after we receive the merchandise back in our warehouse. We will notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within one to two billing statement of our receiving your return. For security reasons, we can only issue a refund to the credit card that was used for the order being returned. If you paid by check, you will receive a check refund.
